Everything you might be wondering
Do you offer free quotes and measuring?
Yes. We come to you, measure up properly and give you a written, itemised quote with no obligation to book. There is no charge for the visit.
How much does new flooring cost?
It depends on the material you choose, the size of the rooms and the condition of the subfloor underneath. Once we have measured we give you a fixed written price, so there are no surprises later.
How long does fitting take?
Most single rooms are fitted in a day. A whole house typically takes two to four days depending on the flooring and how much preparation the subfloor needs. We confirm the timescale in your quote.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We will move reasonable amounts of furniture as part of the job if you let us know in advance. We are not able to disconnect gas appliances or plumbed-in units, so those need arranging separately.
Do you take away the old flooring?
Yes. We lift and dispose of your old flooring and take all the offcuts and packaging away with us, so you are not left with anything to get rid of.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Manchester and the North West, and travel nationwide for selected projects. If you are not sure whether you are in range, give us a call and we will tell you straight away.
Can I buy flooring without fitting?
Yes, we can supply flooring, underlay, trims and accessories on their own if you would rather fit it yourself or already have a fitter.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our fitting is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. The flooring itself carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass on to you with your paperwork.
